Vilcatoma hundió para siempre a Salvador Del Solar
Luego del papelón hecho por el gabinete del Premier Salvador del Solar la Congresista Yeni Vilcatoma lo denunció penalmente a el a su gabinete y al presidente Martín VIzcarra.
El premier Salvador del Solar acompañado de su gabinete de ministros interrumpieron la sesión del pleno del Congreso donde se tenía que elegir por votación a los miembros del Tribunal Constitucional.
En su afán de adelantarse a pedir una cuestión de confianza el presidente Martín Vizcarra envío desde temprano al congreso de la República al premier Salvador del Solar junto con sus ministros para que el esté en pleno atienda primero su solicitud.
Sin embargo por determinación de la mesa directiva del Congreso se programó el pedido del Ejecutivo para la tarde y continuar con la elección de miembros del TC como estaba programado.
Sin embargo las bancadas de izquierda jugaron a favor del gobierno solicitando una moción de censura contra la mesa directiva con el fin censurar a la mesa directiva actual.
Entretanto el premier Salvador del Solar abruptamente interrumpio la sesión del pleno ingresando junto con todos sus ministros y fueron recibidos por el Congresista Gino Costa
Para sorpresa de Pedro Olaechea este tomó la determinación de conversar con el premier mientras se preparaba la votación de moción de censura .
Mientras sucedia esto hubo intercambio de palabras entre congresistas de diferentes bancadas sin embargo la posición de la vicepresidente Mercedes Aráoz fue de mantenerse en su escaño
Luego de llevarse la votación al pleno se rechazó la censura por mayoría de votos lo que significó improcedente el pedido de las bancadas de izquierda junto con sus aliados como la bancada autodenominada liberal liderada por Gino Costa,
No obstante por insistencia el presidente del congreso Pedro olaechea cedió sus palabra de cortesía al premier del Solar quien pidió transparencia en la elección de los miembros del tc
Mientras tanto la congresista Yeni Vilcatoma preparaba una denuncia contra el presidente Martín vizcarra y todo el gabinete ministerial por abuso de autoridad al interrumpir abruptamente la sesión del POder Legislativo
«En este momento el Presidente del Consejo de Ministros Salvador del Solar, ha irrumpido en la sesión del pleno evitando así que continúe su desarrollo, el delito se ha consumado. Señora Fiscal de la Nación constituyase al Congreso la denuncia está interpuesta»
